Music & Me
Hello Everybody! My name is Andy Alvarenga. I am a student-athlete here at Converse University, where I am a member of the Men's Soccer team. I've listened to music my whole life, but never got into becoming a musician. I began by listening to the types of music my family would listen to, which was mostly Latin music. However, as I got older, I started to develop my own style of music, incorporating some of my parents' and brothers' music tastes. I grew up in McKinney, Texas, and moved to a neighboring town, Melissa, Texas, about 5 years ago. I attended McKinney North High School before coming to Converse and played for a local club soccer team by the name of FC Dallas. I am also from Honduras.
